01 · The Origin

The Speech That Opened the Door

The opportunity did not begin with a job application. It began when Manfred Schulz and Katharina Schulz heard Dr. Senthil speak at an event in Dubai.

In 2013, Dr. E. Senthil Kumaran delivered a speech at an event in the Dubai Financial Center, where he was also presented with a certificate of recognition.

Manfred Schulz and Katharina Schulz, who were responsible for developing the cellRESET program in the Middle East, were present. After hearing the presentation, they approached him, exchanged contact details and expressed a strong desire to meet again.

They continued to follow up. Their interest was not simply in introducing another product. They believed his communication, training and international team-building background could help develop cellRESET across the Middle East.

02 · The Formal Meeting

Three People. One Career-Changing Offer.

After obtaining approval from PM-International, a formal meeting was arranged to discuss the Middle East role and organizational support.

PM-International offered organizational backing, including an opportunity for 12 members of his team to travel to Germany for the company's international event.

The proposal asked him to make a major professional shift: to take the leadership, systems, communication and team-building skills developed in technology and apply them to the wellness industry.
